A beautiful 65 sq.m. flat in the St Irénée area of old Lyon
The apartment is on the third floor, without lift, of a beautiful old building, situated in rue des Chevaucheurs, near the lovely square St Irénée. This is a quiet apartment which is very light, with fine views of the church of St Irénée and the surrounding area.
The flat comprises fully fitted kitchen, 2 bedrooms, one with twin beds (90x190), and one with a double bed (160x200) a living room with a sofa bed (130x190) a bathroom with bath, washing machine and toilet. There are cupboards, tables and chairs, a TV with 100 channels, a DVD player, wireless Internet (ADSL) and unrestricted phone access.

In the kitchen : fridge and freezer, oven, microwave, electric coffee-maker, electric kettle, electric toaster.
In the bathroom : a bath, a washing machine, a hair-dryer, toilets. Ironing set. Cot.
The whole of the apartment is a non smoking area and pets are not allowed.
Sheets, linen and towels are provided and housekeeping is done every week. All expenses (heating, electricity, water…) are included.

The local tax in Lyon city is 0,44 euros per night and per person.
A deposit of 30% of the cost of you stay is required when you book. The balance is due on arrival.
A further deposit of 750 euros is also required on arrival and is refunded after inspection of the premises at the end of your stay.
A bill is issued for each stay along with a Rental Agreement Contract. Access details are forwarded along with the contract on receipt of the deposit.
Apartment available from 6 p.m. (it is possible to pick up the keys during the day) and has to be free at 10.30 p.m.
Park place if availability : 4 euros per day.
