Guesthouse's Tariffs :

Local tax in Lyon city : 0,44 euros per night and per person.

Rooms are available from 6 p.m. (it is possible to pick up the key during the day) and have to be free at 11 a.m.

The whole of the house is a non smoking area and pets are not allowed.

Baby equipment available: bedding, changing mat, bath.

Sheets and towels are provided and housework is done twice a week for stays longer than 4 days.

Réservation :

A deposit of 30% of the cost of your stay is required when you book. The balance is due on arrival. The deposit will be returned in the event of cancellation, provided that the cancellation is notified more than 7 days before the planned date of arrival. In the event of cancellation 7 days or less before the planned date of arrival, the deposit will not be refunded.
